Sales Policy

SR Imitation enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you (the buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed, the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and will be inclusive of applicable taxes and shipment charges.

Kindly note that an order confirmed by the buyer will be final and no cancellation will be considered, except as specifically provided under our Cancellation Policy. SR Imitation reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any unauthorized or suspicious activity related to the payment.

In case a damaged product or wrong product is sent by SR Imitation, the same should be informed to us by email or WhatsApp along with the product tag, product images and invoice copy. SR Imitation will review the request and, where applicable, arrange a pickup for the same from your doorstep.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check (QC), the replacement product, where applicable, will be shipped to you within 2 to 3 working days.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

After placing an order, the customer has an option to request cancellation within one hour. The refund for an eligible cancellation will be processed within 10 working days through the same payment mode used for the order.

Any return request for jewellery delivered must be informed to SR Imitation through WhatsApp or email, along with the product tag number, invoice copy and clear product images, within 24 hours of delivery.

SR Imitation will receive the parcel from the respective courier partner and our QC team will inspect the returned product. Once the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 15 working days.
